wa after sch go wei chiang hse wait him change cos he wan pei me go gym so i waited him , after tht i go boon hse find him ask him wanna go anot , thn he fcker make me wait le 2 hour and still MAN MAN LAII thn i sibeh pek chey i juz go with wei chiang by the time we reach gym is arleady 5pm. wa sian so we train about 1 hour wei chiang dunno do simi lj 2kg dumbell he say heavy , after i chiong for 1 hour non-stop my arm cramp no strength le .... after that zhi xi write at his blog say me wei chiang and jonas write ppl names play his c box thn we like f6.. like o_o!!.... we so innocent :(
